Victor Hugo said the penal system is a sea of pitiless social darkness and an unfathomable waste of misery, which makes it sound a lot like The Tower of Pinglewood (on a good day). Daggereyess probably wasn’t thinking about Victor Hugo when he made this ghostly, pulsing techno track, but who knows, because it does sound like a song about lost souls.
