321 : Dam Mantle

Like our feeble minds, Dam Mantle‘s patchwork songs balance precariously on the brink of collapse. They always seem to be almost falling apart, until stretched seams reveal their intricate stitching. This is his third appearance here in as many months so we asked him to do the 321. From his forthcoming Grey EP, here is a polished new version of Yoghourt.

Tom Marshallsay: “I’ve listened to Mr Dibiase‘s May The Force 7″ 7 times today.

“3. I’m on my third cup of Lemsip and am considering watching Star Wars.”

TM: “Pembroke by Airhead and James Blake, because it is ridiculously good.”

“The Bringer of Jollity by Gustav Holst, because it was the last piece of music that nearly brought me to tears.”
