We don't know if Perfume Genius's chick on the side said she got one on the way or if he near cried when he got that phone call, but his brittle, baleful ballads contain countless other confessions. Alone at his piano he sings about sex and death like Sufjan with all the pep punched out of him. After the jump he tell us about "a wet dream with Freddy Krueger in it."
Perfume Genius: "1. I work at a chain department store in the suburbs where I make keys and lift furniture.
"2. One time my cell slipped out of my pocket and in to a tranny's car as I was situating a patio set inside her van.
"3. She called my mom the next morning after browsing my contacts. (i think about this moment all the time)."

PG: "Monte Alban by Palms. Makes me feel like something bad is happening but I am totally down. It is like a wet dream with Freddy Kreuger in it. That is a situation I can really get behind."
