Male Bonding are all in/play with Pre and have an awesome record label named after Ignatius J. Reilly's employers. At our NME blog the trio tell us about the raging pop of Years Not Long, and after the jump they willfully ignore the 321 rules and talk about tons of stuff they like, from GG Allin to Idlewild.
John Arthur Webb: "1. GG Allin was christened Jesus Christ Allin.
"2. Conan from Graffiti Island and Kevin from Male Bonding meet up to play darts together once a week.
"3. Male Bonding run their own record label called Paradise Vendors Inc. - and Robin is going to New York next week on our first ever business trip."

JAW: "Bite It You Scum by GG Allin. It's important to remember that a lot of the stuff that GG Allin did, was NOT kool - but a lot of his musical output is pretty mind blowing - to me anyway...

"Highway Memorial Shrine by Nodzzz. Go get their self-titled album from last year. Best album of 2008. It'll make you APPRECIATE what little you have.
"A Praise Chorus by Jimmy Eat World. There are three songs on Bleed America which are among three of the best pop punk songs ever penned. They will bring the party - always. I'm No.1 Party Boy, so i know about this kind of thing apparently."
Kevin Charles Hendrix: "I found an Esso-endorsed record produced by Van Dyke Parks. It's a steel drum record. It's amazing. They do Jackson 5 covers, and Simon Garfunkel. There’s something about mass instrumentation that is so exciting. You know, it always sounds so crappily recorded because it's near impossible to record correctly. Total buzz.
"I get the same excitement from marching bands. My friend made me a compilation of American marching bands. It's just incredible. Hearing Toxic by Britney Spears with 20 bass drums and horns and snares and crowd going insane, makes me beyond happy. I spend too much time YouTubing that shit. Choreography is mind blowing.
"And I'm pleased to say that NWA is back in my life. Pure Punk."
Robin Silas Christian:"I can almost cycle to work in the time it takes to play Hash Pipe by Weezer and Annihilate Now by Idlewild. Both are really good to ride up and down hills to."
